Recommended Format of Documents for PEPC RSA Branch Application

1. A candidate needs to submit experiences/records as follows:

• Duration of experience on each project (months)
• Duration of Road design works (months)
• Duration of Road safety design work (months)
• Duration of Road construction related works (months)

2. A Road Safety Audit report in which he is involved up to at least Stage 3 and Stage 4 part 3.
3. Refer to the format as per Appendix 1.
